When I was a child, I would fling myself from anything over a foot off the ground.
Climbing upon couches, tables, almost anything.
i would pretend that i could fly so high that i could reach the moon
pointing at the birds, soaring to another world.
it is those times that our life seems so carefree.
nothing to worry about, nothing to care about.
i yearn to go back to the time when i was young
when life was a bed of roses
nothing beats more then running around the garden
getting dirty all over.
everything was just so perfect.
but now as we all grow older
we can never avoid those hurtings, those worries
those times we spend alone crying the night away.
we must agree we all miss our childhood
we all miss those times when everything was just so carefree
where everything revolve around you, you and only you.
but now as we grow old
competition arose
we fight for positions, we fight for wants and we fight for needs
we fight for attention, we fight for care and love.
we fought, we quarrelled.
these are the hurting we inflicted in our family, in our friends.
we cared for ourseleves
neglecting our love ones.
neglecting those that cared for us.
we scolded everyone that came in our way
in actual fact all they wanted to do was to lend a hand
we tend to be selfish, we tend to be cold.
all we cared was to satisfy our soul.
when things goes wrong in our life
we make it sound like the whole world have come crashing down on us
we make a big fuss over the slightest things
making it look that we are always right.
as we grow old
we forgot how things were
we forgot all about the lessons that were thought by our love ones.
we live our life, the way we thought was right
but deep down we all know that our life is nothing without guidance
yet as we grow old
we get to know this friend called pride
again and again, we brush their help off.
refusing to admit that we are totally lost.
it is the end of innocence
it is the end of fantasy
no more living in dreams like how we use to when we were young.
everyone would tell us that teen years are the best years of our life
the thing they don tell you is that they are full of strife
its alot to deal with, its alot to withstand.
as a child we feel free and easy
but as we grow older, we feel locked up
Life as a teenager is often very different than life as either a child or an adult.
It is a turbulent time, with different obstacles to face,
and often it seems as if there are many, many more of them.
too much for us to handle
we all want more from this world then hurtings and worries
we would always wonder whether we are living the right way
whether we are doing the right things
but yet again, our stubborness defeated us
we refuse to seek help.
we refuse to admit that all we need in our life is lots more love
we refuse to give more then what we receive.
nobody had ever thought that growing up was so difficult
so different.
life ought to have tough times
but eventually we all have to learn
everything happens for a reason
sometimes it takes time to see it
all you need is patience
Be patient, and tough times will pass
Rainbows are hard to be seen,
Unless it stormed recently.
Everything will be sunny soon.
